The BNP on Monday announced a two-day program to celebrate Independence Day on March 26 (Wednesday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi disclosed the details at a press conference held at the party\u2019s central office in Nayapaltan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the program, senior BNP leaders will pay tribute to the martyrs of the Liberation War by placing a wreath at the National Mausoleum in Savar at 8:30am on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, they will place wreaths at the grave of late BNP founder Ziaur Rahman in Sher-e-Banglanagar, Dhaka, to commemorate the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A doa mahfil will also be held there, organized by the Jatiyatabadi Ulema Dal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the party will host the national and party flags atop all its offices, including the central office, in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Tuesday, BNP will hold a discussion at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
