All essential services in Gaza City have collapsed<\/strong>. From hospitals and water infrastructure to education and shelters\u2014nothing remains functional. Children, instead of being in classrooms or on playgrounds, are now fleeing airstrikes<\/strong>, many dying from hunger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Trump at the White House<\/strong>. Earlier on Sunday, Trump claimed in a key meeting that a Gaza peace agreement is in its final stages<\/strong>, which he said could open the door to broader peace in the Middle East. He made these remarks in an interview with Axios News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the United Nations<\/strong>, over the past five days, more than 57,000 people have been displaced<\/strong> from north to south Gaza amid escalating Israeli attacks. Since mid-August, nearly 400,000 people<\/strong> have fled their homes in Gaza City. Philippe Lazzarini<\/strong>, head of UNRWA (the UN agency for Palestinian refugees), said their food stock will run out within three months<\/strong>. He urged for an immediate ceasefire<\/strong> to address the growing humanitarian catastrophe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the Gaza Health Ministry<\/strong>, in the last 24 hours alone, 50 Palestinians were killed<\/strong> by Israeli forces, and 184 others injured<\/strong>. Among the dead are five aid seekers<\/strong>. Since October 7, 2023<\/strong>, at least 66,055 Palestinians have been killed<\/strong> and 168,346 wounded<\/strong> in the Israeli assault on Gaza. Over 400 children have died from starvation<\/strong>. A recent UN survey found that one in three children had gone without food for over a day<\/strong> in the past two days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Near Rafah<\/strong>, four aid seekers were shot dead<\/strong> by Israeli forces. According to Nasser Hospital sources, the shooting occurred near a distribution center in northern Rafah<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Gaza Health Ministry<\/strong> also reported that more than 2,500 aid seekers have been killed<\/strong>, and 18,700 injured<\/strong> so far. There are now fears that Gaza\u2019s hospitals may see their blood banks shut down completely<\/strong> due to the ongoing assaults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, the daily bombardment has become normalized<\/strong> for many Gaza residents. People are slowly becoming accustomed to constant airstrikes.
