People wishing to attend the janaza of Osman Hadi have been specially requested not to carry any bags or heavy items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, flying drones in and around the parliament building has been completely prohibited, added the statement issued by the CA press wing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus has declared a one-day state mourning on Saturday following the death of Sharif Osman Hadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The body of Osman Hadi reached the country this evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the coffin landed at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at around 5: 48pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The coffin was covered with the national flag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sharif Osman Hadi passed away at Singapore General Hospital on Thursday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On December 12, Hadi sustained a critical head injury after being shot by assailants while campaigning in Purana Paltan in the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After receiving initial treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Evercare Hospital, he was airlifted to Singapore on December 15 for advanced medical care, where he later succumbed to his injuries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
