There is not one such case. I have the full list. If there has been any lapse, you may raise questions.\u201dHe said, “In Ramisa’s case as well, the accused was arrested within 24 hours. The main accused’s name is probably Sohel… he has been arrested along with his wife. They have given statements under Section 164 (of the Penal Code). We can assure you this much that from our end, a proper investigation will be conducted and the chargesheet will be submitted in a short time. The responsibility of judgement lies with the court.”The issue of culture of impunity that everyone always talks about is not correct in all cases. In some cases, justice is delayed, which makes people think they might not get justice.
