Bashundhara City Shopping Mall, one of Bangladesh\u2019s most popular shopping and lifestyle destinations, celebrated its 22nd anniversary with a day-long programme featuring fashion shows, a celebrity flash mob and cultural performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The celebration began at 2:00pm yesterday at the Level-1 Atrium of Bashundhara City Shopping Mall. A festive atmosphere prevailed throughout the day as shoppers and visitors joined the various entertainment programmes organised to mark the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Captain Sheikh Ehsan Reza (Retd), Deputy Managing Director of Bashundhara City Development Limited, inaugurated the anniversary celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking at the event, he expressed gratitude to the shoppers, brand partners, business associates, employees and well-wishers who have supported Bashundhara City throughout its 22-year journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said the vision from the beginning was to establish Bashundhara City as a modern shopping and lifestyle destination where people could not only shop but also spend quality time with their families and loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Captain Sheikh Ehsan Reza further said that over the past 22 years, the trust, love and support of customers have helped Bashundhara City establish a distinctive position in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added that the authority aims to further enrich the customer experience in the future by introducing more modern services, new brands, improved facilities and engaging programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the major attractions of this year\u2019s anniversary celebration was the celebrity flash mob and fashion fest. Popular stars Bidya Sinha Mim, Sabila Nur, Tama Mirza and Ziaul Roshan took part in a special flash mob, drawing enthusiastic responses from the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The energetic performance by Alifa Dance Team also added to the excitement of the celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the anniversary festivities, a total of 10 fashion shows were organised with the participation of various brands. Clubhouse, Freeland, Caption, Infinity, Dubai Burqa, Shishu Poribohon, Stunning by Shahad, Joyce, Artfit, Irani Burqa and Sea Sky were among the participating brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Bashundhara City authorities expressed their gratitude to customers, brand partners, business associates, artists, media professionals, visitors and well-wishers for their continued support throughout the mall\u2019s 22-year journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
