Mufti Shamchuddin, executive member of Jamiat’s central office and general secretary of district Jamiat, spoke as the chief guest. In his speech as the chief guest, he criticized India for failing to provide security to the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission office in Agartala, India. He said, since the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, Bharat has been hotheaded, they never wanted to accept Bangladesh as an independent state. We are always uncompromising in protecting the independence and sovereignty of our country. The recent attack on the Assistant High Commission Office of Bangladesh by Hindu extremists in India was a well-planned attack. So that there was no reaction of the law enforcement forces.
He said that India should publicly apologize to the people of Bangladesh for such a well-planned incident. Otherwise this movement will take a prominent form day by day. As a result, India will not be able to protect its Seven Sisters. We are always ready to give our lives to protect the people of Bangladesh and Islam. We will never fear attacks, lawsuits, etc. We peace loving people want to live in peace, let us live in peace. If they come to fight with us, then we will also announce the final battle, inshallah.
