Eminent Supreme Court lawyer and rights activist ZI Khan Panna has been appointed as state defence lawyer for the ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina in the crimes against humanity case over enforced disappearances during her tenure.
The two-member International Crimes Tribnunal, led by its chairman Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder, gave the appointment today.
