A share sale and booking fair for the proposed Bashundhara Medical City and International Hospital has begun at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka.
The project, which aims to establish a 1,000-bed international-standard hospital, will offer a total of 2,000 shares. The fair was inaugurated by Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan, Managing Director of Tanvir Bashundhara Group (TBG).
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan said construction of the Bashundhara Medical City and International Hospital is set to begin with a vision of creating a modern healthcare facility featuring contemporary architecture and world-class medical services.
The hospital, which will be developed in Dhaka’s modern urban landscape, is expected to provide advanced and integrated healthcare services. It will also expand access to quality medical treatment for residents of the Bashundhara Residential Area and people from across the country.
He said the project would be developed in partnership with S Rahman Properties, creating a significant healthcare infrastructure that would not only serve local communities but also contribute to the overall development of Bangladesh’s healthcare sector.
He also expressed hope that the project would create long-term value and investment opportunities for shareholders.
Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan further said Bashundhara Group has long been working to develop modern infrastructure and improve people’s quality of life. The Bashundhara Medical City, he added, is part of that continued commitment.
“Bashundhara Group will stand beside S Rahman Properties in implementing the project, with a focus on modern infrastructure, advanced healthcare services and people’s needs,” he said.
The fair will continue until September 15 and will remain open to visitors and prospective investors every day from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
The project, being implemented under the overall supervision of S Rahman Properties, is offering a range of incentives for investors, including special discounts, flexible installment facilities, discounts on medical services and opportunities for ownership of car parking spaces.
